Finding her FreeFlow

Spark her exploration. Reshape the conversation.

This is a pilot project in Hong Kong that focuses on nurturing curiosity and celebrating body diversity through movement. By pairing a body movement curriculum with social service intervention, we strive to empower young females, encourage new discoveries, and engage in open minded conversations throughout this journey of personal growth and self-understanding.

Got Questions?

Why is this project important?

We are here to reshape the female conversation! This is a pilot project funded by Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust that is looking to use body movement as a vehicle to explore womanhood and what it means to be a young woman in this modern, digital age. Beyond the amalgamation of body movement and social intervention, we are bringing in various art and culture inspired elements to engage with our participants in hopes of broadening their horizons and deepening their self-discovery. Do check out our About page on this website to learn more about the project and the organisations involved!
